East Dean, West Sussex is between the A285 and the A286, about eight miles from Chichester which is famous for its Cathedral and Chichester Festival Theatre.
It is nine miles from the small town of Petworth with its antique shops and Petworth House, three miles from Goodwood House and two miles from the famous Goodwood Racecourse. It is very close to the coast – only a 25 minute drive from the picturesque coastal village of Bosham.
