Booking Fees

RESIDENTS *

£11.00 per hour
£27 per three hour session

Wedding Rate: £495.00 excluding heating charge
Including full use of kitchen
Fee includes access from noon on Friday to set up, all day Saturday and Sunday morning to clear up after the event

NON-RESIDENTS

£13.00 per hour
£33.00 per three hour session

Wedding Rate: £715.00 excluding heating charge
Including full use of kitchen
Fee includes access from noon on Friday to set up, all day Saturday and Sunday morning to clear up after the event

FOR BUSINESSES

Minimum charge of £55.00 per three
hour session.

*Residents are those who live or have immediate family living within the Parishes of East Dean, West Dean and Singleton & Charlton.

We ask that the Hall is left as found at the beginning of the hire so when calculating the hire charge, please include extra time to clear up after your event, or a cleaner can be arranged.

Extra Charges

Heating charge - £5.00 per hour for heating in cooler months (usually October – April)

Kitchen Light Use Charge is £16.00 per day  - for use of crockery, cutlery & kettle only (excluding use of dishwasher, fridge & oven), for less than 30 people.  For hires of c. two hours £8 per hire.

Kitchen Full Use charge is £33.00 per hire per day - use of the dishwasher, fridge, oven and all other kitchen equipment and for more than 30 people.
